In: Jake Stewart, Lars van den Berg and Clément Davy (Equipe continentale Groupama-FDJ), Attila Valter (CCC Team), Matteo Badilatti (Israel Start-up Nation).
Out: Marc Sarreau (AG2R Citroën), Kilian Frankiny (Team Qhubeka ASSOS), Léo Vincent (Unknown).
Marc Sarreau is the biggest name who left the team, the sprinter and classics rider joined one of the other French WT teams, AG2R Citroën.
Sarreau gets replaced by Jake Stewart in a way, a big talent who joined midseason. Their qualities are similair. Stewart most notable performance this season is celebrating too early in the Tour de Limousin. He managed to become 2nd in 2 stages and 2nd in GC in front of Rui Costa so it was still a good ride.
Attila Valter is also an exciting signing, quite big climbing talent who won the Tour de Hongrie this season. The other signings are mostly reinforcing the team in width and will play a key role in supporting the leaders.
Overall I ‘d say the team improved this a bit so I rate their transferseason 7.5/10. But they also renewed Bonnett and Ladagnous, both riders who have been with the team for a long time and bring loads of experience. On the sportive side they have been lacking this season probably due too age.
